Chia seed oil

Chia seed oil is rich in Alpha-Linolenic essential fatty acid (Omega 3) and Linoleic essential fatty acid (Omega 6). It contains phytosterols and it is a source of vitamin B3 and zinc, helpful for balancing oily skin and against clogged pores. Chia oil also contains antioxidants chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid which protects the skin from environmental factors. With anti-inflammatory, skin conditioning and restorative properties this oil is suitable for reducing itching and skin irritation while increasing moisture and helping repair skin’s protection barrier, reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. This oil also helps to reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL). In hair care products, it helps to soften the hair and reduce static.
