Jojoba oil

Due to its composition, jojoba oil is also referred as a liquid plant wax, and it is very similar to the skin’s natural sebum. This oil is quickly absorbed by the skin and it can be considered a "drying" oil, leaving the skin healthy and refreshed without an oily feeling. It is therefore a great choice for oily and acne-prone skins. 
It is non-comedogenic and it does not block the pores. Organic jojoba oil is a good cleanser and valuable addition to facial cleansing lotions, shampoos and liquid soaps, due to its natural emulsifying properties – which makes grease and dirty to bind together with water and to be easily rinsed off. Organic jojoba oil is also wonderful for hair care products since it nourishes and protects the hair, without leaving it heavy and greasy. Perfect as scalp oil. Furthermore jojoba oil is highly resistant to oxidation and has a long shelf-life. It can also, when added to other oils, extend their shelf life as a natural preservative.
